
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We can only
ship to the US billing address on the card. We also take PayPal from
confirmed addresses only. We also accept Money
Orders. No paper checks but we can take electronic checks.

Q: What is the average shipping
time?
A: Most items ship from our warehouse or other warehouses around the
country. If the item is in stock it will ship out the same or next day by
FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If the item you ordered is out of stock your order will typically be ready to ship with-in 1-2
weeks. We work with many warehouses around the USA and new shipments
arrive every week. We will get your order out to you ASAP.
Q: What is your policy on returns?
A: A refund or exchange can be
made within the first 30 days from the time of shipment. ALL returns are
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Damaged returns at the fault of the
customer are not accepted. We can not take a return if the part has been
used or install, or is without the original box, packing or manual. Custom
order or special order items are
also not returnable. Engine parts such as pistons, rods, cranks shafts,
valve, or any other internal engine part are not returnable do the the fragile
nature of the parts. They could be dropped, damaged, or abused and the
damage would not be visible to the eye and the item may damage an engine that it
is put in next.
Q: When will my
Credit Card be charged?
A: All orders will be charged and processed when you
order. A lot of items are shipped from other warehouses so they must be
charged when they are ordered weather they are in stock or not. We will
make every effort to give you an accurate shipping or manufacture ETA. But
there are many factors in getting parts made or shipped so this may not be 100%
accurate all the time.
Q: What is your policy on
un shipped orders that are canceled?
A: For all
orders that are canceled before being shipped, credit card and PayPal processing
fees, not more then 3% will not be refunded. If you change you mind after
you order we are still subject to paying those fees, and they will come out of
your refund.
Q: Is there any warranty with the
items that we purchase from Import Car Parts Plus?
A: All items are either bought directly from the manufacturer or bought
through and Authorized Distributor for the product. So all items come with
the manufacturers warranty.
Q: What is your
privacy policy?
A: All information collected on this site will be used for ordering and
company use only. We will sometimes email or postal mail specials to our
customers. We will not sell your info to anyone else.
